About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Mitrelli Consulting and Logistics, a leading international company located in Herzliya, Israel. We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Officer to help us manage and enhance our human resources operations.

**Job Summary:**

The HR Operations Officer will be responsible for managing and improving our HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and providing a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and local legislation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

- Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies and practices.

- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

 - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Operations Officer or in a similar HR role (at least 3 years)

- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, local labor laws, and best practices.

- Experience with onboarding and termination processes.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.

- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Fluency in Hebrew, both written and spoken.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working in an international company.

- Fluency in English
