About the role:

Currently we´re looking for a IT Project Coordinator to join us in the Provinces. You must have experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure components like virtual machines, storage, networking and security groups. We also expect you to demonstrate experience with cloud monitoring tools and techniques to identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization and manage costs effectively.

  • Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
  • Supervise the project procurement process.
  • Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
  • Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
  • Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate status and other types of reports.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
  • Build team collaboration and team spirit.
  • Provide traceability of information and documents, permanently maintaining company archives updated.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information and reporting, according to verified sources and specified timeframes.
  • Escalate the project manager in a proper, accurate and immediate way upon first knowledge of any risk occurring or any new constraint that might affect: the contract deliveries or the relation with the customer, as well as the performance or the delivery of any promise or scheduled date that might come to affect the customer, the project manager, the company management or any of the teams working in the project.


  • Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) or equivalent.
  • Experience in ICT infrastructure project implementation. Desired CAPM or similar certification level from PMI
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Must be available to work and live in these provinces for the duration of the Project - around 9 months.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in ICT infrastructures arena.
  • Focus on details, control oriented, able to integrate and understand the broad picture.
  • Good interpersonal skills – will have many interfaces onsite with suppliers, customers, and peers.
  • Organizational skills, continuous improvement mindset, hands on approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as reporting to project and line managers.
  • Able and flexible to work in controlled budgets and under tight schedules.
  • Flexible on time; problem solver orientation; team builder.
  • Proficiency of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • English and Portuguese fluency.
  • Angolan nationals only.
