About The Position

Reporting to the TA Manager, you'll be the Senior Recruiter in Angola, you´ll partner closely with business and HR leaders as we grow rapidly. Your priority will be to hire Construction, Health, and Tech profiles to be part of Mitrelli Group. In this role, we're looking for a real talent acquisition expert, who knows the difference between "order fulfiller" and "talent advisor".

Here are some of the things you'll need to do:

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Use multiple sources to identify passive talent for an ever-growing organization.
  • Build and nourish talent pipelines.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Keep data and reporting on recruitment activity visible and transparent so we can make effective decisions quickly.
  • Play a big role in our TA team as we continue to evolve and adapt how we recruit - we are always looking to improve our processes, our approach, and our skills as a team.
  • Be the trusted advisor of our hiring managers and senior leaders to give them insight, guidance and informed choices about our hiring strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related areas.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment where hiring for the construction and health sector has been the focus. (preferable)
  • Good knowledge of Employer Branding techniques (sourcing, awareness, positioning and reputation).
  • You'll be an expert in the use of sourcing tools and approaches (direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple duties competently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Great communicator who can influence a diverse stakeholder.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).
  • Angolan nationality.
