Currently we are looking for a highly qualified Content Manager with a focus on Marketing. This role is required to work within the corporate communications team to lead, drive and implement the content strategy across digital and non-digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all content formulation across PR, digital, social media and website;
  • Ensure that the corporate TOV is adhered to at all times:
  • Develop the necessary creative thinking for various campaigns and initiatives;
  • Manage and organize shared folders and make available visual and written content for internal clients;
  • Content review and proofreading;
  • Create and implement strategy, editorial plans, and editorial grids;
  • Analyse and report metrics from different Mitrelli sites and pages;
  • Search and assess our target audiences' profiles and preferences, and develop the necessary strategy to ensure reach out increase and advocacy;
  • Alignment with the Global Digital team to secure KPIs, Monitoring, Analysis, Insights and corrective actions, and performance improvements;
  • Support the Head of the Department in managing the internal resources.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or other area of knowledge relevant to the role;
  • A passionate individual in the content creation field with 4-5 years’ experience, preferably worked on corporate creating content in English for different channels (social media, Website, traditional media, speeches, etc).
  • Previous experience on either Client or Agency side;
  • Ability to prioritize work within the team and anticipate stakeholder needs/provide solutions.
  • Experience in Marketing and Communication project managing;
  • Experience in writing and editing content;
  • ADOBE tools- General skills to create and edit visual and written content;
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of SEO;
  • Social Media and business focused;
  • Good time management skills with multitasking ability;
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who must be a team player;
  • Native in Portuguese with fluency in English and intermediate level of French.
