Food Security
We look beyond the business and develop a connection with the client that is both caring and professional
ceo statement
What I cherish most about Agricultiva is the wealth that our projects bring to the community and to our clients.
From the fi rst day of planning the project, we feel connected to the community, connected to the environment in which the project is about to be placed.
We feel that besides the business, we are there for the people that will benefi t from the project, both directly and indirectly, starting from our client and its personnel up to the service suppliers and the consumers.

food security pillars
Focus
All people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life. Agricultiva established a Food Security division to study and understand these real needs of each partner country.
Climate Change
Rain distribution patterns in tropical areas, generate longer and dryer periods along the growing seasons, affecting yields and produce quality. Agricultiva’s projects tackle this by implementing irrigation solutions across all sectors, mitigating crucial challenges both at the field and management level, but also at the basin and water catchment level.
Practical implementation
The developed Food Security master plans identifies the specific food security needs, allowing the preparation of business and financial plan that consider both state promoted financing as well as private investments.
